Sudhanshu Shekher Tiwari
Sudhanshu Shekher Tiwari is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Forensic Science), School of Forensic Science and Risk Management, Rashtriya Raksha University, Lavad, Gujarat. He holds M.Sc. in Forensic Science with a specialization in Forensic Chemistry and Toxicology from LNJN National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science along with B.Sc. (H) Chemistry from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi. He has cleared UGC – NET (LS) in June 2015 and has cumulative and diversified experience of approximately 3 years in the field of research, industry and education. He began his career as a Junior Research Fellow, IIT Mandi where he worked on a SERB funded project on “Stimuli-responsive smart Nanocarriers for Theranostic applications” and “Trace evidence analysis using SERS”. He had been associated as a junior analyst at National Dope Testing Laboratory, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, New Delhi, which is one of the 36 WADA accredited laboratories across the globe, imparting his services in the field of drug screening and identification of human athletes and equine sports. He has also been engaged as Assistant Professor (Forensic Science), Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab where he taught various sub disciplines of Forensic Science, guided students in various research projects and undertook various administrative roles and responsibilities. Post that he has been engaged at Raksha Shakti University since August 2019. He is also the founder convener of FIRST Dialogue, a forensic ideation forum. His research areas of interest are Chemistry, Forensic Chemistry & Toxicology, and Forensic Nanotechnology, Drug testing and poison analysis. He has good insight and a deep interest in police & crime psychology areas, wherein he is already engaged in research work and has presented three research papers in recent international conferences. Apart from academics, He was recommended for Indian Air Force (MET Branch) from 3 AFSB, Gandhinagar in April 2016, had been an active member of Verve, Western Dance Society of SVC, University, also cleared IELTS (Academic Module) with 8 bands in August 2018, also a sports enthusiast with a strong inclination towards Cricket and Table Tennis.
