Shyam Chandel is the director of “Cyber Fraud Helpline”. He aims to create “Cyber Security Awareness” by providing the methods of Cyber Crime investigation which ensure security & protection of devices by holding the workshop. Because at present time people are doing their business and doing transactions through various apps, online banking and other social sites on Internet and it is increasing day by day as equally as cybercrime and banking frauds and illegal social sites around us and it takes critical condition while handling & fixing. He has experience of 10 years in IT and Cyber Crime Investigation and is certified in MCSE, CCNA, LINUX, CEH. Till date, he has trained around 100000 Candidates & presented approximately 300 Seminars and held Workshops at various reputed Organizations, Schools, Colleges, Police stations, crime investigation departments, Government & Private Sectors in his career such as at Udaipur, Deogarh, Salumber, Rajsamand, Jaipur, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Dungarpur, Delhi, Indore, ISA C.R.P.F Mount Abu etc. He got chance to solve 500-600 Approx. cases related to cyber investigation in Police Crime Departments at various places of Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, Dungarpur, Banswara, Bhilwara in Rajasthan, Gujrat, Delhi, and refunded lost money around 25 lacs rupees to the victims. He had achieved the award of best trainer by Rajasthan Patrika, Dainik Bhasker, BSNL and by DISTRICT OFFICER OF GOVT in present years. He was also awarded by Internal Security Academy CRPF Mt. Abu, MINISTRY OF DEFENCE. GOVT OF INDIA in Jan 2018, Bureau of Police Research and Development (BPRD) & Secondly, he was awarded at "Republic Day Celebration 2019". He has been honored by the Divisional Commissioner Shri Bhawanisinh Detha and IAS Mrs Anandhi, District Collector and District Magistrate, Udaipur. MY GOV. Government of India as well.
