R Aparna

R.Aparna is currently working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Forensic Science, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). She pursued her Master's in Forensic Science and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (Forensic Biology & Serology). Her research focuses on understanding the characteristics of rare biological evidence and eyewear in a forensic context. Aparna has teaching and research expertise in extensive areas of Forensic Biology, DNA Forensics, and Forensic Optometry, Wildlife Forensics, Entomology, and Crime Scene Investigation. She is an active participant in all conferences, workshops, and events on forensic sciences and has authored papers of repute. She has guided several students for research activities in her areas of expertise.
