Currently, he is the Technical Lead Scientist for the Washington DC Department of Forensic Sciences, Latent Fingerprint Unit, and previously served as a Shift Supervisor for the Crime Scene Services Section, as well as being the owner of Delta Forensics, LLC, a forensic science consulting and training company. He is a former Forensic Latent Print Analyst with the USPS Forensic Laboratory, Forensic Scientist III of the Latent Print Section of the Nassau County Office of the Medical Examiner, Criminalist III with the NYPD Laboratory and Senior Criminalist with the Boston Police Department. He is a Past- President of the New York Division of the IAI. Currently, he is also an ASCLD/LAB approved internal auditor for laboratory standards. He is an initial member of the Friction Ridge Subcommittee of the OSAC through NIST. He is also a past President of the New York Division of the International Association for Identification. He is an expert witness examination and testimony, trainer of several topics and 20+ class sessions, senior Crime Scene Responder since 2006, Forensic Photographer and currently a Certified Senior Crime Scene Analyst (CSCSA) with the IAI.
