Jin Lee is currently working as an independent lawyer at Gurgaon, India. He is considered as the First Foreigner who practices as an Indian Lawyer in the Legal field in Indian Legal History in India. He has enormous working experience in dealing with versatile cases related to land disputes, construction disputes, company disputes, drug and cosmetic compliance, land and tax disputes, etc. He has successfully worked for some highlighting cases such as Dong yang e&c 2018, 2019 (Trading accident, debt recovering, etc.), Korean Airport Government Cooperation, Korean Embassy in New Delhi, and many more.

He has also been involved as an Invited speaker where he represents Korean at National Forensic and Criminal Forum in India. He has also had a post-graduate certificate with Fingerprint and Document Examination from National P.G College. He also added his educational qualification with courses like Document and Handwriting Examination, Crime Scene Investigation, etc. He has well expertise in negotiation for business disputes between two countries.
